Q1. What is your MOQ?
MOQ is 100 pcs, less quantity is acceptable if you can accept higher price. Because for manufacturer, quantity is a main effect to influence price.
Q2. Can I get samples?
Yes, but we will charge. Sample fee is refundable when order is up to certain quantity. We usually send samples by courier such as DHL, FEDEX, UPS, EMS and TNT etc. It will take 3-5 days to reach you, subject to where you are.
Q3. How long is the sample lead time?
For stock samples, it will take 1-3 days. If you want your own designs, it will take 3-5 days, subject to your designs whether they need new printing screen or new mould etc. Any way, we will response fast to your requests.
Q4. How long is the production lead time?
It will take 10-15 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.
Q5. How many colors are available?
We match colors with Pantone Matching System. So you can just tell us the pantone color code you need and we will match the colors. Or we will recommend some popular colors to you.
Q6. Can it be customized?
Yes, custom is ok. All the details such as material, size, logo, colour can be customized. As to the sample lead time is 5-7 days. The sample fee will be charged according to the material and size of the product.
